Deceased estates
The money and belongings of people that have passed away, as well as debts they owe, are known as deceased estates. The winding up of a deceased estate, especially if it is one that has arguments over belongings, money and family, can be very confusing.

- The executor of a deceased estate is taking too long to close matters and you don’t know what to do.
- There are people claiming from an estate that shouldn’t be.
- Your husband has many wives and you want to know what your rights you have if he dies.
