All current and prospective service providers are hereby invited to register on the Legal Aid South Africa suppliers’ database

The Supplier registration forms should be accompanied by the following documentation:

• Company Registration Certificate (Certified copy).
• Original Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company profile including references.
• Suppliers are required to submit a valid BBBEE verification certificate from one of the SANAS certified verification agencies 

  All duly completed vendor registration forms must be delivered to the nearest Regional Office by no later than 28 february 2011, 16.00 pm.  NB. Only hard copies will be accepted 

  PLEASE NOTE: Companies that are already suppliers and service providers to the Legal Aid SA should also complete the registration process.

  Prospective suppliers and service providers who are prohibited from doing business with government departments and/or appear on National Treasury's list of restricted supplier, are not allowed to register on the Legal Aid SA's database.
