      • unacceptable living conditions.
      • harassment and intimidation.
      • lack of maintenance.
      • determination of fair rentals.
      • unlawful seizure of tenant’s belongings.
      • discrimination.
      • exploitive rentals.
      • illegal lock-out or illegal disconnections.
